Any questions just copy that link below and check it out. Here is the link: on Windows 8.
I'm playing some good old fashioned fallout 3 on my console, so I thought it would be fun if I bought it on my PC so I could install mods and the such. However, I cannot start the game from the launcher. However, whenever I went into the 'local files' for Fallout 3, it said it cannot run due to the lack of Ordinal 43? Method 2: Updating Windows. If you already have Visual C 2008 Redistributable Package, but the issue still persists, you may have to update Windows to apply any updates that may have been made to the package.
