Back story ( if you want to know why): A friend of mine bought this computer with Windows 7, then changed so much (stuff for lack of a better word), that Windows DVD Maker opened instead of ANYTHING else you clicked on unless you Right Click Run in Sandbox mode the program (never seen this option before). Also, I was unable to install any programs or uninstall in programs.
