I believe you should first install tk dodge and ultimate combat from nexus using nexus mod manager(nmm is the simpliest way to install mods)if you dont know how to use nmm check these guides i think they would help but i think its fairly simple to use it, then go to your skyrim folder/data/tools/generatefnisforusers, use generatefnisforusers.exe you propably can adjust ur language this moment, tick the ultimate combat and tk dodge patches and click 'update fnis behavior' and.i think thats it sry for bad english btw. Also if you dont have fnis i think you dont have to have a fnis patch for those mods.
