First thing you're going to need to do is download 2 programs:. When installing the mod manager all you should need to do is tell it whether you're using a Steam install or a Rockstar Social Club install. You'll also need to pick a mod location, doesn't really matter where it is but normally I stick in the same folder that I'll be storing my RPFs and downloaded mods (so pick somewhere easy to find). As for OpenIV once it's finished installing just open it up and select GTA5 (Windows). So the first thing you should do is go to the location of that mods folder the mod manager created and create another two folders alongside it called RPFs (this is where you'll be putting the modified RPFs (AKA 'encrypted' GTA file folders)) and something along the lines of Downloaded Mods. The core mods you'll use are, a and the openiv.asi file. After downloading and extracting the Scripthook files to your Downloaded Mods folder, you need to create a folder in Mods (which at the moment will only have 'LUA' and 'RPF') called Scripthook. From the scripthook files you want to copy across dinput8.dll and ScriptHookV.dll (dont need to copy over the NativeTrainer.asi as we're using one with more features). Extract the trainer, make it it's own folder in Mods and just copy over the one EnhancedNativeTrainer.asi file.
The next file is equally important to making these mods work as Scripthook. You'll need to enable hidden files and folders (via the Folder Options menu in Windows), then navigate to C:UsersYouAppDataLocalNewTechnologyStudioAppsOpenIVGamesFivex64 and copy OpenIV.asi to its own folder in the Mods folder (just called OpenIV).To test that things are working so far you can open the mod manager. Just hit settings and make sure that 'Force Social Club Offline' is highlighted orange, and when you hit setup wizard 'Disable Mods on Exit' is enabled. If so, go back to the main page and make sure that Scripthook, OpenIV and Enhanced Native Trainer are all ticked. Then just hit the Single Player button. Once the game loads you use the NumPad to navigate the trainer.
Where to find elven armor in skyrim. Sounds like you have some mods running that are playing havoc with the loot tables. STAY LEVEL 1.
F4 to open it, and on the NumPad 2, 4, 6 and 8 for down, left, right and up with 5 for enter and 0 for back. Spawn some cars, teleport around, change the time.

If the trainer pops up at all it's working fine.Next thing you'll be wanting to try is installing some car mods. Personal favourite is the so we'll do this one first.
As normal you'll download it, and extract the files to it's own folder in the Downloaded Mods folder. Now you'll open up the readme file. Starts off with some foreign text, the eventually lists some files and a file location. When installing car mods the most common file types are (.ytd,.yft, hi.yft, and others that are normally carcols.meta and vehicles.meta). If all of these aren't there don't worry.
As you can see by the Maserati's readme, they aren't always crystal clear on what to do for beginners. You'll normally read along the file location (destination) in the readme until you get to the first instance of.rpf (in this case it's dlc.rpf. So you want to navigate through your GTA game's files (found in C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto V for Steam users and C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto V for Rockstar Warehouse users) and locate the RPF. In this instance it's under updatex64dlcpackspatchday3ng (as it says in the readme). You want to make a folder in the RPFs folder that we made earlier called Maserati. Copy the dlc.rpf we just found over (not cut). Now what you need to do is open up OpenIV (might still be open after the install) and then hit the Open Archive button (little 'open folder' symbol, top left). We want to navigate to our RPFs folder, and open up the dlc.rpf we just copied over.
Instead of treating it like an un-openable file it treats the rpf like folders (which it is). So navigate to our destination specified in the Maserati readme (updatex64dlcpackspatchday3ngdlc.rpf. x64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf.) and make sure to hit the Edit Mode button on the top right next to the search bar.
Then simply drag and drop the 'exemplar' files into the vehicles.rpf folder (overwriting them). Now you need to go back to the Mod Manager, hit 'Import Modded RPFs' and find the RPF we just modded, the location we want it to be loaded in (within the Grand Theft Auto V files under Program Files) and name it. You can start up the game to see if it's worked (just spawn the Exemplar). Now that you've got this little mod folder architecture setup along with having downloaded the core files and programs to get them running mods will take a lot less time to install. A lot of cars will also have multiple RPFs they need to edit unfortunately (usually 2) so just name the folders and RPFs accordingly.Important to know that you can only have one instance of each modded RPF, so for car mods using the same RPF you'll need to edit the only copy you have (e.g. This means you'll need to name them accordingly each time (either just x64w.rpf if you remember what you put in - or something like Maserati + GTR + Porsche etc.).
Another very important thing to remember is that each time you add files to an RPF you need to 'Delete' (within the Mod Manager) and re-Import the RPF (within the Mod Manager). Otherwise the changes won't be recognized.Final thing is each patch will render your copy of ScripthookV useless, so you'll have to wait for the new copy to come out and copy it over to your Mods folder. Also any mods installed to updateupdate.rpf will also need to be reinstalled each patch as the files inside the RPF change (grow) each patch. Final note, if you install something such as it requires you to drop 2 entire folders into the RPF rather than a couple files. Keep in mind this will overwrite any mod files you had in there.Any questions feel free to message me.
