I have no information about the contents of ISO and the OS and/or emulation that have. If you need to keep the ISO format, you need to have a BootLoader, CD/ISO mount and hook the boot sequence ( ISOEmu could do the job). Otherwise, inspect the CD/ISO file and find what OS are booting. If you find that is a Linux, than use what I said before. If the CD have other boot mode ( HardDisk Emulation,etc.) then you must first do the same for USB Stick ( format as FAT; transfer, for example, MS-DOS System; load USB drivers; mount ISO as CD-ROM and run your program(s); it's not very simply!
